Meditation can take many forms. You can simply focus on the breath, imagining the breath of spirit. It can also take a more guided form where you listen to music or direction from another via recording.
I offer a mediation instruction that can be separate from spiritual direction or incorporated with direction. I will listen to what you have done in the past and together we will create a meditation that works for you.
